Lifeline Fall Prevention System Periodic Inspection

Quarterly or annual inspections of the Lifeline fall arrest system should comply with regulations and standards, and detailed inspection records must be kept. Cracks, sharp edges, deformation, corrosion, chemical exposure, heat, or abrasion of lifeline metal components can compromise system safety. In addition, only persons authorized in writing by the manufacturer are responsible for servicing the equipment. Do not make repairs or modifications without authorization.
